Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, was raised in Wellington) is an Canadian actress. Paquin who was born in Wellington but born and raised in Winnipeg was first seen in the acting world in The Piano. At age 11 years old, she became one of the youngest Academy Award winner ever for Best Actress. Anna Paquin is full Anna Helene Paquin born on July 24, 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Canadian actress, and New Zealander who when she was a child, won her first Academy Award in 1993 for the top support actress. She played the feisty daughter of Holly Hunter's portrayer The Piano.
